What, specifically, is happening? Does it not turn on? Not connect? Have you run a diagnostic on the wi-fi? Settings/device care/diagnostics. What has your carrier told you to do that you have already done? Also, have you contacted Samsung or put in an error report? This is a peer-to-peer user forum, we can help you troubleshoot, but not much else.
I would manually reboot the phone settings, clear cache and data. Start new. You can youtube it how to reboot your phone manually settings to clear such glitches.
