Galaxy S22Hello Samsung Community,
I've recently updated my [Samsung Device Model] to One UI 6, and since the update, I've noticed that both 4G and 5G networks have become significantly slower. I used to get great speeds before the update, but now it feels like my data connection is crawling, with frequent buffering and lag even when loading basic web pages or apps.
The slowdown happens in areas where I previously had full signal strength and excellent speeds. Now the download and upload speeds are very poor. The issue is also affecting app performance (e.g., YouTube, streaming services, and general browsing).
I have a Samsung S22 Ultra, and I really regret making that update!
Anybody else with the same problem? Any fix? Anyway to downgrade to the previous one Ui without losing data?

Galaxy S22Hello! If your device is acting very slow and is lagging I have a couple of things I would suggest.
You can clear the cache of the device by following the below steps.
Turn off the device
Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons at the same time until the device turns on
Press the Volume Down button to highlight Recovery mode
Press the Power button to restart into Recovery mode
Use the volume buttons to scroll to wipe cache partition and press the Power button to select it
Press the Power button to select Reboot system now
You can also clear the cache of each app that is running slowly by
Opening Settings
Select Apps
Search for or select the app you want to clear
Tap Storage
Tap Clear cache
You can also back up your device and perform a factory data reset to see if anything in the software needs to be reset.
If you've tried all of these, andYou can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience. you're still having the same issues the next thing I would suggest is to have a certified technician take a look at the device.
