Samsung is ignoring the problem. 

There is something you can do that helps but doesn't fix the problem: 

Change the processing speed to high instead of optimized

How would the speed setting unbrick or fix the problem

Generally one needs to flash a bricked phone with latest firmware update to get back to full functionality.

I cant use Android Auto, connect to my TV with an HDMI cable. Freezing. Ridiculous! Don't they test this stuff before updating.
