Galaxy S22That's ridiculous. Luckily my Verizon store offered a replacement for free but who knows if that will even work and meanwhile won't have my work apps etc. It will literally take me 5 hours to set up my new phone. What a joke. This is so very disappointing.

Galaxy S22I am so disappointed they haven't addressed this update via a hot fix. We shouldn't all have to replace our phones and do factory resets. I really wish they would alert us phone owners impacted and provide some sort of credit or service to move us to replacement phones. Not having a working phone is a huge inconvenience and having to now get a new one even greater! I am very very disappointed.
