I have my Plantronics Voyager connected, and after a while, the audio would disconnect from the Bluetooth. I tried with another Bluetooth headset and the same thing would occur.
I have tried everything I could, but maybe I have overlooked something.

Hey there! I absolutely understand how frustrating it can be when your Bluetooth isn't staying connected. Try these troubleshooting steps out (http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01209182/).

If you're still having issues after trying out the troubleshooting steps I would suggest having a certified technician take a look at the device.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html  I do apologize for any inconvenience.

You can also submit an error report by going to the Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports.

I hope this helps!

When you say, "after a while," what do you mean exactly? Minutes? Hours? Is it possible that the bluetooth devices' are drained?
Does it only disconnect with headphones, or does it do it with other Bluetooth-connected devices, ie. laptop, other phone?

It takes anywhere from 8 to 10 mins. I will be listening to music or other audio. When the audio drops out, I have to reset the audio.
