Auto Restart Issue

For the past two weeks or so I noticed that my auto restart is not working. I have moved the day and time for it to trigger and restart several times but to no avail. It's not restarting for the scheduled times at all. I have both the auto and restart as needed option on and nothing. Any advice on resolve? Thank you...

Are you sure it's not restarting? If you do it during sleep, you wouldn't notice it. If you look in the auto optimization section, it should tell you when the last auto restart was. It only happens if your phone is not in active use and I think there's a grace period. I know mine does not restart "on the dot" so if it misses the time frame by more than an hour, it skips the restart (Sometimes you get a call or pick up the phone to check something), and then it waits to see if you are going to do something else. I actually watched the entire restart process today, and when it restarted, aside from having to put in my password, there was no outward evidence of restart. If you set the restart for sleep hours, it may be thwarted by the backup process, which usually takes place between 2 to 3 am, depending on when you last used the phone

Yes I am for certain it's not restarting, I have attached a screenshot to view. And I have been carful not to utilize it when I know the restart is set to begin so that I don't interfere with it, to no avail. The sleep hours work best for me because during the day I work heavily from my phone, but the only thing that runs at night is my sleep analysis/sleep sounds app and I was told that that should not interfere. I had it set for yesterday morning at 2:30 am, made sure to cut anything that could have been running in the background off and left it completely alone 2 hours ahead of schedule, and it still did not restart.
