This is puzzling because all of a sudden I can't seem to cast out connect with my samsung series 6 , 70 inch tv. The smart things app shows that tv as being offline and has the icon of the cloud with a line through it. On most samsung tvs I can pulled down on the drop down menu and simply cast but for some reason I can't on this tv. What gives? Help and guidance is appreciated šš¾.
Open the SmartThings app and remove the TV from the app, (ensure that the TV is on and connect to the wifi network and the your phone is connected to the same network as the TV), then add the TV back in to the app. It should then show it as being online. Try to cast again
