Got the new update with the circle to search feature. Not only do I find it superfluous unhelpful not needed and I don't like it they have removed the ability to call the assistant by long pressing the home button which is my default action for doing so. I would be totally fine if they allowed me to switch it back in the settings but they don't You have to do the new gesture of swiping from the side on the bottom and I don't like that.
On the S22's long press and swipe up on the home button to get Google assistant to pop up
