I set DND to turn on daily for a certain time of the night, and I know Samsung finally implemented an option for us to add contacts; we're now able to see calls and messages from contacts, even with DND enabled. When I first started using the feature almost a year ago, I set those contacts and was able to see notifications. But then I noticed my contacts would get removed from my DND settings every other day without my permission, so I had to keep re adding them.

After the problem arose, I think a software update was sent out shortly afterwards to get the issue resolved, and it was fixed. But now with this recent security update, DND is back to removing those contacts without my permission. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, how were you able to combat it?

It's unpredictable as to when it happens, but hopefully with the next update, it's fixed

Yeah mine is still doing it. And I never know when it will remove them, even though it says they're listed, so i have yo check every day once dnd is turned on to make sure

This is infuriating! Is there anything to do other than the error reports option above?

Yep, I had this issue and a contact needed to call me in an emergency and couldn't reach me because of it.  These sorry developers need to learn how to test their products before releasing them into service.  Things like this can be very serious all because some programmer who doesn't know how to properly do their job is programming software.  I'm still **bleep** about it.  Thankfully everything turned out ok.

This latest update did it again and I had to redo my allowed calls back again.  Samsung needs to get it together!

I have this issue now too, thought it was weird calls were not coming thru from contacts I put on the allowed list and when I checked the list is empty
