Is anyone's 22 Ultra acting up? My moms phone isn't picking up on cell towers on areas that aren't 5G or Verizon Towers. This has never happened to her phone before and she always had signal almost everywhere. My phone is fine and we are on the same plan so I assumed it might've been her phone and not the carrier. Please help me on how to fix this issue?
Hopefully they'll get either option processed for you. I'm just waiting since I just paid off my phone right after this happened since holding out to see if maybe they'll send an update to fix it before figuring out if I'll need to upgrade which I want to avoid really, or possibly going to another brand for phones since it makes me nervous to think it could happen again.
