Have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, for the past day it has been randomly entering Download mode. The user is not touching the screen or phone when it happens. The user reboots the phone to get back into the UI. Once the user logs in, a few minutes after, the phone goes back into Download mode. The phone is up to date on patches.
Last couple of days the phone has not been charging at night, even when plugged in. It is charging now when plugged in.
So it seems to be happening after the case is put on the phone, it could be hitting the buttons causing it to go into Download mode. We are still troubleshooting.
