Galaxy store won't connect

App isn't connecting properly, not sure what to do.

If you're on Wifi, try turning it off. What exactly is happening that makes you think it's not connecting?

Ok so I try to open the app and get this.. trying the wifi off

Long Press on Galaxy Store, pop-up, tap on the info icon top right corner. Go to storage, clear cache.
