Who is responsible for sending updates to my phone? Carrier or Samsung because I was talking with Verizon and they were saying Samsung is responsible for sending out the One UI 6.1 update and not them.... Looking for clarification. Thanks in advance.

Go to a Verizon store and tell them u need a new Sim card

Samsung sends the update to your carrier and then they push the update after they add stuff

By any chance did you switch carriers after you bought the device? I've heard of some people not receiving updates on devices if they switched carriers for some reason
