Galaxy S22@Maobi Well you can't turn it off completely. What you can do is make it so no one else can send to you. Go to phone settings -> Connected devices -> Quick Share. Click on Who can share with you. Set it to No one.
"I want to send some of my photos on a digital storage space" ... I'm not sure what that means. If you want to put items on the cloud or a flash drive, use My Files.

Galaxy S22@Maobi After clicking the share icon in Gallery, don't click Quick Share. Instead click on the icon for your cloud service (such as Drive for Google, or OneDrive for Microsoft, etc.).

Galaxy S22@Maobi when you click on a photo and then click the share icon in Gallery, it should take you to a screen with a row of icons along the bottom. The first icon to the left is Quick Share. Don't click that. You can swipe that row of icons to the left and you will see a "More" button.

Galaxy S22@Maobi I would suggest that you try wiping the device cache partition. You may have some corrupted cache value somewhere.

Galaxy S22@Maobi Not sure what is going on but I recommend that you use My Files to move or copy those photos to your cloud storage.
