How did the green IQIYI app just appear on my phone?

How did the IQIYI app appear on my phone? I have never used it. How did it install itself?

There are many different answers here...

1) Your service provider is installing apps to your device, using a distribution app that is part of their bloatware.

2) Spyware got installed on your device somehow, and is installing apps at random.

3) You installed this yourself, and forgot about it.

We can not determine how this got installed on YOUR device.  If you don't like it, just remove it.
