How do I get help!!!???!!! Says 24/7 care, but I can't type? What is going on? Is this typical Samsung?

I'm still waiting for answers to the two questions I had. I figured them out myself. What a joke! I really have issues with all Samsung stuff starting with Smart Switch. I never have had so many issues with a new phone and getting support. I guess calling is the only way? Shoulda bought Pixel.

24/7 care is useless
I have been trying to get my screen fixed. There have been so many runaround that I gave up and canceled my insurance.
I will go to verizon and purchase my new phone there. They will give me full credit for my phone with th cracked screen.
