How to remove weird bar on screem

I'm using gesture navigation, yet the bottom of my screen has this weird bar that takes up 1/3 of the bottom of the screen. Settings > Navigation doesn't have an option to hide it. Please help!!

You can hide it by downloading good lock from the galaxy store and then downloading the navstar module from within it. When navstar is downloaded open it and toggle on enable extra gesture settings. Then go back into your regular phone settings to the navbar setting and hit more options. You will be able to hide the bar now. It's not able to be hidden without navstar now.
