Do Samsung even read these messages? Seems impossible to get answers to anything. I'll be very careful before I allow any future updates. I certainly won't be in any hurry and hopefully see some feedback from users before I do, if I do at all.
I can't believe you can't reverse an update. If I could, I'd do it in a minute !
