Lost voice to text option ?

The voice to text option disappeared.

Anyone else experience this? 

Yes my phone and messages have been updated.

Yes! I did recently, and it came back only at the bottom of the screen.

Its not there for me. Its gone completely

⁃  Make sure
   "Keyboard Button on Navigation Bar"
     is on.

If you see a Keyboard Icon and not the Microphone:
