My S22 won't let me change the TikTok app to full-screen

My for you page on tiktok and YouTube are not in full-screen despite me setting them as show camera cutout. The videos on there are not but everything else is.

This could be a problem with the APP instead. Try restarting your phone. I don't think Tiktok is a full screen.
