Galaxy S22Hey there! I can absolutely understand wanting your notifications to show on your lock screen so you don't miss a thing!
I would suggest clearing the cache of your device by following the below steps.
Access recovery mode: Turn off your phone, then press and hold the specific combination of volume buttons and power key to enter recovery mode (consult your device manual for the exact combination).
Navigate to "Wipe cache partition": Use the volume buttons to scroll down to the "Wipe cache partition" option.
Select: Press the power button to confirm and initiate the cache clearing process.
If you clear the cache and the setting is still turned on to show notifications on the lock screen but they're still not showing, I would then suggest a factory data reset after backing up your information just to see if it will push the setting through.
Open Settings
Tap General management
Tap Reset
Tap Factory data reset
Review the information and tap Reset
Enter your lock screen credentials and tap Continue
Confirm you understand that all data will be erased by tapping Erase Everything
Your device will restart and begin the Factory Data Reset
You can also take it to a certified technician to have them run diagnostics on the phone as well!
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.
