Notifications only showing on watch

I have a galaxy s22(about to upgrade, but noting this) and my notifications are only showing on my watch. Any reason as to why and how to fix?

Update glitch changed my notifications for the apps I use, my vpn and some display settings. I had to check each app and reset my prior choices for notifications.

Well it would also appear i found this too.... where is my panel?

@Frank1jv If you don't already, I recommend that you wipe the device cache partition after every update. This prevents corrupted cached values from causing issues after the update.

@Reflex Check in the Wearable app. Watch settings -> Notifications and make sure that "Mute notifications on phone" is off.

I would restart my phone and hope screen comes back. If not see if display settings were changed and try to reset them. Or if you backup your phone to Google or Samsung try to restore a past backup before this problem happened with update and Samsung messaging app glitch

I restarted my phone, everything is back
