Galaxy S22Ive had the S22 Ultra phone for quite some time now and its been great. A few weeks back, I was on a motorcycle ride and had the phone charging from the accessory outlet. Ive done this many times without issue but this time I noticed the battery didnt charge at all the entire ride. Ever since, my phone will no longer fast charge. I have a portable battery, and a fast charge brick that I use all the time travelling and they have always worked. Now when I connect to a fast charge source, its beeps and shows the green charging circle but the percentage never goes up. The battery percentage only increases\charges when I connect to the Super Fast brick.
To add to this, sometimes when I connect the Super Fast brick, nothing happens - no beep or green charging circle on screen. I have to connect the Fast Charge brick to get it to notice a charger, then immediately disconnect the Fast brick and when I reconnect the Super Fast it starts charging.
All my charge speeds are enabled in the battery settings. Short of factory reset, is there anything else Im missing here?
Thanks

Galaxy S22Hey there! I can certainly understand needing your fast charging to work as it was designed to.
If the phone is slow charging or will not charge, this article contains several steps that may correct the concern. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/my-device-is-charging-slowly-not-switching-on-or-k...
If you're still having issues with your device charging the next thing I would suggest is to have a certified technician take a look at it.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.
