Pls halp: Notification pop up origin

I need to know if notifications can be set to pop up newest on bottom so I don't swipe a new one the moment it comes in while swiping then away in order from top to bottom

@Mrpizza I don't think that you can do that. But you can see the notification history by using Samsung's Good Lock module NotiStar. 

You can download Good Lock from the Galaxy Store (not the Play store). Open Good Lock and download the NotiStar plugin.
