Read aloud voice

Can someone refresh my memory on how to change the voice that reads out my notifications wheneveri have my earbuds in. On the recent update the voice got changed from the female to some guy 

[BruZZi]

 I think this is the option:

-  Phone Settings  >
-  Accessibility  >
-  Talk Back  >
-  Settings  >
-  Text to Speech  >
-  Gear/Settings Icon
(right beside preferred engine) >

Now there's only one voice:
English (US) Voice 1

Used to be two:
English (US) Voice 1  Female
English (US) Voice 2  Male
