I just restarted my phone and my s pen is not discoverable.

Hey there! I can definitely understand needing your S Pen to work! 

 

I would suggest clearing the cache of the device by following the below steps.

 

Turn off the device 
Press and hold the appropriate buttons to enter recovery mode. The buttons you need to press may vary by manufacturer, but some common combinations include: 
Volume up + power button 
Volume up + home + power button 
Volume down + power button 
Use the volume buttons to navigate to Wipe cache partition 
Press the power button to select the option 
Select Reboot system now 

 

If it's still not working after clearing the cache I would suggest backing up your information and doing a factory data reset.

 

If even after the reset it's not being discoverable, the next thing would be to have a certified technician take a look at the device!
