Hello, thanks for reaching out about this, and I am sorry to hear even a device cache clear and factory reset has not helped (guide here for reference, but try this step last: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/).

Have you tried Safe mode to see if this could be caused by a third-party app? If the device functions properly within Safe mode, then uninstall third-party applications until the device behaves as expected: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/

The next thing to do is check for an update: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077582/

If the troubleshooting doesn't prevent the freezing, crashing, then resets, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:

This has been an issue among S22 users, specifically facing random bootloops.

Yeah i would just give up on it because my s22 is working fine so I'm guessing it's because of the last update you did
