Galaxy S22My s22 ultra was working fine last week. Then on the weekend my phone updated itself and now it does not connect to the verizon service most of the times. When I'm at home or in the rural areas it won't connect but when I'm in the city close to the towers then it connects. But it also drops in an out. I spent 2 hours with tech support and they helped me set up an estimate but it still does the same thing. Now they are trying to get me to buy a new phone even though this was working just fine 2 days ago. It stopped working the day of the update and I don't know what to do. I don't want to have to buy a new phone right now. Phones are not cheap right now and they want me to drop over a 1000 for a new one. Is there a way to remove the update and go back to the last version?
