Hello community I've got an S22 ultra an it has never had a software updates. I'm still running android 12. Can someone please explain why an how can I fix this problem thx
Your Device should be able to update to Android 13 . First make sure you have wifi enabled and then check the software update option if that doesn't work Download the Samsung Smart Switch app to a laptop or desktop via an usb cable and open the Smart switch app and it will automatically connect to the Samsung servers and check to make sure your Device is running the most current firmware update, if that doesn't work try taking your Device to your carrier or best buy and ask them to update your firmware for you which will take a few minutes or so
