S22u: theft protection missing after the Oct update

I recently updated my phone to the October security patch update and im suppose to have the theft protection feature but it's not there

Maybe try checking the "Google Play system update" in Settings >> About phone >> Software information

Sometimes the software update "downgrades" this Google play system update

I guess you did search for "theft" in settings and found nothing. I think this feature came with September Google Play system update, so I'm not sure why or how the October security update messed it up.

Yeah that's the feature I was supposed to have and I didn't see it

It's not in settings/security and privacy/more security settings/theft protection? But, then, I don't have the October security update yet.

Did you look where Realaud mentioned?  Things get moved when updates happen.
