After the update my unlocked (ATT provider) phone just shows "Samsung galaxy". It stays like that until battery discharged. After reload (volume down + power) it shows "Samsung Galaxy protected By Knox" and return to original "Samsung galaxy".
I am ready to delete all my photo and mail but cant, It doesn't let me.
If you can, turn off your phone, try to perform a wipe cache partition.
Power off phone, with phone off, press power and volume up button simultaneously, when you feel a vibration let go of keys, you will now be in the bootloader menu.
Using power for OK, volume up and down for scrolling, scroll down to wipe cache partition. Ok, scroll to yes, OK, reboot.
