Samsung Keyboard feature questions

I'm still struggling between Samsung Keyboard and Gboard.

I've always used Gboard but the possibility to have the keyboard switching automatically to handwriting when extracting the sPen is very useful.

What I do not like of Samsung Keyboard though, and for which I'm asking if there's a solution:

1. There is no dedicated emoji key on the left of the spacebar: Gboard has full-stop on the right and both comma and emoji on the left. Samsung Keyboard has full-stop on the right but only comma in the left. The comma can be replaced by emoji (long press comma and choose emoji), but the you lose comma.

2. When in handwriting mode, if you write on multiple lines, it'll convert text in multiple lines. Gboard when converting keeps everything on the same line, which makes more sense.

Lol...I kept clicking on the screenshot you posted and I was like "Why does my keyboard keep popping up?" 😂

I did it three times before I finally realized what was happening.

Have you tried Good Lock and the module Keys Cafe, you have to install both for it/them to work? With Keys Cafe module you can customize which buttons you'd like next to the space bar.
Once in Keys Cafe go to Make You Own Keyboard, then press the plus button where it says English (US), next choose the button you'd like to change, choose the tiny symbol that looks like an angle with a ruler (under the bigger symbol grid/pages) and choose the symbol that has the smiley face. Hopefully my screenshots will help with my directions. Hope it makes sense and works for you. Good luck!
