I bought my S22 Ultra on Amazon. I live in South Africa and only speak English. When I switched it on I was unable to carry my old phone data over. I did a factory reset and tried again. For some reason everything to do with Samsung wallet is in Korean. Now I can no longer use this functunality on my phone. How do I fix this?

It is made for Korea that is why you are having that problem. All Samsung phones are made for specific areas software wise. You would need to find somewhere that can flash your phone with region specific software.

Go to the app settings, find Samsung wallet app and clear all data. Restart your phone and you should be good

When you buy a phone on Amazon, you have to read the description very carefully to make sure you are buying the right phone for your region.  If you are still within your return period, return the phone and look for the correct version.
