I just noticed that sone of the apps I have open much quicker when I'm on mobile data, yet back at home, it takes longer with Wi-Fi. In short, there may be something with the Wi-Fi that's causing some of my apps taking so long open up. For example, this app, Samsung Members, takes longer to open and function properly at home that when my device is using mobile data.
You most likely cannot adjust anything to fix this. My guess is that the mobile connection has lower latency so app is responding faster. Also a very good chance that ur mobile connection is much faster than the one you have at home. Especially if it's a fast 5G connection.
