S22 Ultra. The recent software update cratered the phones ability to take the high quality photos it used to. I would take many photos and asked what kind of camera not phone that I was using. They were well beyond my capabilities as the phones camera was able to adjust for difficult settings mostly dark with amazing detail and clarity.
I have tried everything to get back what I once had and I now get photos that look like they were taken with a 10 year old cheap phone. I have reset the camera App and cleared the partition.
Is there any way to revert back to the UI before the massive downgrade to the cameras abilities?
It's one of the reasons I upgraded to the S24 Ultra when I could. I was having too many problems with the 22 Ultra. It would freeze randomly, take forever to restart, and even heated up when not in use.
The thing is, Iove this phone and is like new. The photos before and after the update are staggering. While Samsung might think that this will encourage me to buy the latest and greatest phone, they are dead wrong. Pixel 9 pro here I come. And tons of bad comments about this issue all over social media to follow. This is digital vandalism and should not be allowed or even legal to do.
