Still having issues with replacement phone

I just received a "refurbished" phone because my original phone stop charging. On the "refurbished" phone my motion sensors and magnetic sensors are not working. I've tried restarting the phone and factory resetting the phone and still nothing. Anyone know what's going on?

Problem with refurbished is you don't know what they checked some it's just if it turns on and nothing looks bad function wise

I would suggest contacting the place that sent you the refurbished phone and let them know that its messed up and not working before its to late
