When selecting one folder, you can delete it, but when selecting "Select" you can either disable the apps inside of it or create one, there's never a option to delete it.
Useful for people like me who have their entire app drawer organized and want to redo it.
It could even be added as a feature in HomeUp in GoodLock.
Sometimes small touches like that make the experience great.
