I switched from tmoble to metro and the screen on my device stops working. It also closes apps

Hey there! If you have already tried a hard restart on the device and the touch screen still isn't working for you, you may need to take it to a certified technician to see what is going on!

You might be able to find a fault by running the device checks in the support tab to see where the fault is
