Can anyone give me a fix for my phone. When I have to auto reply yes or no Dr's appts or bank messages in my Text messages they always show as undeliverable.

I can certainly understand your concern with not being able to respond to short code text message and would recommend reaching out to your carrier. As text messaging is a carrier feature, they would be better able to determine if there are any restrictions place upon your account.
