Hey there! I can absolutely understand needing your entire screen to work as it was designed to!

I would suggest trying to back up your information and trying a factory data reset by following the below steps to see if it helps.

Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap General management. Swipe to and tap Reset, and then tap Reset all settings. Review the information, and then tap Reset settings. Tap Reset to confirm.

If after you try the reset and the top half of your screen is still not working the next thing I suggest is to have a certified technician take a look at the device.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Since last update I keep getting warnings about charger cables 12 brand new wires and 3 brand new wires, my old note 20 ultra and galaxy flip 5 have no issues, when my note 20 would only work with the pen it was hairline Crack in digitizer. Hope you get yours figured out. I wasted money on a new charger port only to have the same issue
