Galaxy S22Hello userjS5IBANqTX,
Thank you for posting and welcome to the Samsung Community. We understand you are unable to update the My Files app and are getting an error. We understand all other apps have updated. In the following we have provided some steps to try.
First, check the apps permissions. This allows apps you want to always use mobile data even when connected to WI-FI.
Go to settings> connections> data usage> mobile data only apps> my files toggle on> tap Home to save
Next, reset settings can reset all settings for downloaded apps to do this go to Settings> General management> reset> tap reset all settings> reset settings> tap reset to confirm> your unit will restart.
Then, attempt to perform a factory data reset to erase all apps and data. Before you perform this make sure to save any information you need and back up your personal data, so you don't lose it. Once you have backed up your data go to Settings> General management> Reset> Factory Data reset> review> tap Reset> Delete all> enter your Samsung account> your device will reset from initial setup screen
If you are still unable to update the My File app and continue to get an error please submit an error report.
When this bug reappears please submit an error report to provide feedback directly to the Samsung developer team.
