You have Data saver toggled on
Phone settings
Connection
Data Usage
Toggle off Data Saver

It is the data saver icon - switch it off from your settings and it will vanish

Data saver is in settings. Then go to connections and you will see data usage. Click on that and you will see data saver at the top of the page. :mobile_phone::antenna_bars: #data #settings #connections
