23 ultra shipped without voice recorder

I have had the 23 since it was first available and it never had the voice recorder. It's mentioned often online as being a standard app. the app is also not in the galaxy store. Can anyone  help me find how to add it?

I'm in the USA  the phone is factory unlocked

You have to download the app on all my galaxy devices I had to download they never come with it u can find it in play store or the galaxy store.... it is a standard Samsung app but it have to be downloaded just like galaxy store

The online tips say it was shipped with it, don't believe youtube I guess.  Ok since it is not in the galaxy store, I'll look at play store thanks

If you're talking about phone call recording it's not available in the Phone app in the USA.

If you're talking about recording a note, that's in Samsung Notes or in the Samsung Voice Recorder app.

You can send a short recording via MMS in Samsung Messages.
