Adding an event/reminder to repeat everyday/week on my Calendar only creates for that day?

Haven't seen this before but is biting my rear ATM. When I create an event and I select repeat every day, week, whatever it adds it just like that. If I create a reminder and I set it to repeat everyday it just adds it for the day I first created on and won't replicate it for everyday or every week etc. why the heck is doing that.

I'm also syncing it with Google calendar " or so I thought" it is doing **bleep**, it's not moving everything that's on Google calendar to Samsung calendar. On my old phone it used to do it even the reminder thing. Now it doesn't want to. Anyone has had this happened before?

Here you can see what I have on Google calendar it's not syncing all that to Samsung calendar and also the Yellow reminder I have it for every Friday, if you look at the Friday after the one it is set it doesn't appear. What the heck? šŸ¤¦šŸ¤·

@LordVako When you use the Reminder app to create a reminder that repeats every Friday, it will only create the first one. Then when you complete that one, it will create the next one.

Same if you create a daily one. The first one is created. When you complete that one, the next one is created.

It wasn't like that before. Samsung did something that messed it up. If you see the Google calendar the same reminder ( you can notice it with the :bell: ) is on every day, I just had to create it and it was automatically created for everyday there after...

Also the map not syncing and sending the same data to Samsung is weird as it used to do it. These past updates have done something to it šŸ˜¢

@LordVako If you create an event in Samsung calendar, it will act as you expect. A weekly Friday event will appear on the calendar each Friday.

Samsung Reminder doesn't act that way and never has as far as I know.

Sir it did work that way. As a matter of fact when I synced my old phones ( Google calendar with Samsung calendar) everything migrated and it looked like a perfect picture. Now I hit sync a thousand times and nothing gets sent to Samsung calendar. The reminder thing used to populate as you configure it, if it was everyday you could see it pending everyday just like a ln event.

It makes no sense that an event you can see it posted everyday but a reminder you can't. For me events are special things that might happen 1 time or so. A tinder is something you need to know often many times even same day different hours. It's just backwards. But like I said it used to work fine if not I wouldn't be here breaking my head wondering what happened after the update šŸ˜¬šŸ˜”

@LordVako BTW, you shouldn't post your personal email address on a public site like this. I recommend that you remove the photos with it in or obfuscate the address.
