Always on Display s23 ultra Not working

My always on display does not function. I only have the function to turn it off or on. No customizable clock/ font/square picture/ calendar. Nothing. I thought i messed up my phone so I ordered a new one (same model) and the same thing. It's missing. Safe mode/clear cache/ factory resetting/ Samsung virtual care were of no help.

Changes to your Lockscreen are mirrored on the AoD, ie if you change the clock on the lockscreen, it will change on the AoD. You can use the Lockstar module in the Goodlock app to further customize it.

Clean partition cache. It might fix it.

Did your phone perform its software updates? What versions of Android and Tizen is your phone currently running? Also, as a side note, Good Lock is an absolute must-have; it unlocks crazy customization features, and the best part is that it is a Samsung first-party tool.

Disable the battery saver mode if it is enabled. Also, try resetting app preferences. Follow these steps: go to Settings > Apps > 3 Dots > Reset App Preferences > Reset.
