I am using the S23 ultra and I dont have any apps on my main display. I have made up folders with different applications in each one all in my apps screen. But just recently folders are disappearing from the screen and all apps are left outside. Some even go back to the home screen. This is the 4th time this happens and I have to rearrange everything again. My home screen is locked. This has happened a couple of times so far..anyone have this problem. Extremely annoying.

***Update...This keeps happening and I don't know what to do or how to fix it. Please help

Hey there! I can absolutely understand how frustrating it can be when your folders are disappearing out of nowhere.

I would suggest clearing the cache of the device.

With the device off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power keys.
When the device turns on and logo displays, release both keys.
Use the Volume keys to highlight wipe cache partition, then press the Power key.
Continue using the Volume and Power keys to confirm your choice if prompted.

If you're still having issues with the folders disappearing the next thing I would suggest is to submit an error report by going to the Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports.

I hope this helps!
