Ui 7.0 Beta for s23 series?

Doesn't matter if your s23 Ultra is SIM locked or not. As long as it is the TMB U (T-Mobile) s23 Ultra. Not sure if the s21 series will get OneUI7. Is the s21 series even still getting updates?

On the Discover page of the Samsung Members app. The beta isn't available for the s23 series yet. When it is, you click the beta banner for it on the Discover page and follow the sign up instructions.

Where is the upload banner s23 ultra?

It will be at the top of the Members app when you first open it. It's those scrolling notices. You'll see it when the beta becomes available for your device.
