Blocked (greyed out) notifications

When I downloaded this app I would get notifications.. Now I notice it's greyed out unable.. I notice this with quite a few apps.. The last galaxy phone I had was the j7. So it's been awhile.. All the other Android phones I've used never had any apps with notifications greyed out aka blocked. Can someone help?!

It could be permissions for the apps or app goto settings than apps to set only allow what is needed permissions

Mine is the same way since the last update. I think I heard that there's a bug that has to be fixed by the app's developer (in this case Samsung) in order to make notifications available again. Most of my third-party apps that had this issue have been fixed by now. I don't know why Samsung hasn't fixed Nice Catch yet.

Maybe go on the Galaxy Store and mention the issue in a review for Nice Catch.

My allow notifications is greyed out for system notifications, phone notifications, and call settings voicemail notifications. I figure it has to be the last update from the end of September. There's also a lag when I press volume up or down buttons. I've called Samsung but they have no answers, only that it may be possible it's from the last update.
