Blue messages in samsung messages app

Is anyone having issues with no longer sending blue messages since the last software update?

There's been a few mentioning this last day or so not sure what is causing it

I can't find any solution. My wife did the same update and has no issue. Just me.

I never pay attention to the color of the messages, and I customize them anyway using Theme Park.
