Galaxy S23
As stated in the title, the bottom half of my screen is no longer touch responsive. Top half touch still works and S pen still works on the entire screen. I didn't drop it or get water on it. I've never had any issues with the phone prior to this and have not done any repairs or replaced parts. Lastly, I do not have a screen protector or case on the phone. I was using it like normal for half the day and then the bottom half just stopped working.
Things I've tried:
1. Restarting phone
2. Ran diagnostic and confirmed I can only light up half my screen with touch
3. Called samsung support but they were no help
4. Put phone into safe mode and then back
5. Put phone in recovery mode and cleared cache
6. Cleared cache and data on google app then restarted
None of these have worked. Any other ideas? Would like to avoid a factory reset if possible.

Galaxy S23
Update: took it to a repair shop and they said it was an issue with the screen. Got it replaced and everything works perfectly again.
